About the Role:
We’re looking for an RVN with at least two years of post-qualification experience to lead and develop the practice alongside the Head Vet. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with strong communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced setting.
🔹 Oversee & optimise patient flow – ensuring efficiency from admission to discharge
🔹 Lead nursing responsibilities – including consultations, inpatient care, anaesthesia & surgical assistance
🔹 Mentor & support junior team members – Clinical Coach qualification desirable but not essential
🔹 Work closely with an experienced client care team – focusing on clinical excellence & patient welfare
