What You’ll Do:
🐾 Be the first point of contact – Assist pet owners through online chat and phone with inquiries about appointments, services, medications, and general pet care.
📅 Manage bookings – Schedule appointments, update client records, and handle follow-ups to ensure a seamless experience.
💡 Provide guidance & support – Offer knowledgeable advice on preventive care, nutrition, behavior, and general pet wellness.
🤝 Work closely with veterinary teams – Escalate complex cases, ensuring smooth communication between clients and clinicians.
📝 Keep accurate records – Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions while following confidentiality protocols.
🚀 Improve client experience – Continuously seek ways to enhance service quality and streamline processes.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Previous experience in customer service, virtual support, or veterinary care is preferred.
✔ Strong written & verbal communication skills – Ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
✔ Passion for pets & people – Genuine care for animal welfare and client satisfaction.
✔ Problem-solving mindset – Ability to think quickly and handle inquiries efficiently.
✔ Tech-savviness – Comfortable using chat platforms, scheduling tools, and veterinary software.
✔ Familiarity with veterinary terminology is a plus but not essential.
✔ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
