We are recruiting for a Lead RVN with 2 years post qualification experience to work alongside the clinical team and develop a reputable practice in West London.

The Lead Nurse would organise and oversee patient flow on a day to day basis to ensure the most effective and efficient approach to the workload.
Nursing duties will include nurse consultations, inpatient care, anaesthesia, assisting with procedures and associated peri-operative care.
You would also be working with and providing guidance for our Patient Care Assistants and any potential and Student Veterinary Nurses, so a Clinical Coach qualification and a passion for mentoring would also be desirable but not a necessity.
Salary up to £37,275 depending on experience
