This first-opinion practice is a stone’s throw away from Brighton and Gatwick airport. With a large team that consists of 9 vets, 8 RVNs, and a fantastic support team including VCAs and a front of house team.
They are looking for an RVN that will uphold their high clinical standards while still being personable and empathetic. They also have the standard cutting-edge equipment you would expect from a modern, purpose-built practice, including in-house lab facilities, digital x-ray, and ultrasonography.
Along with a salary banding of £30k to £35k (DOE), they also have a few RVNs with additional certificates that can provide support. If you are keen on willing to train to be a clinical coach or already work as one this would be preferable. Working week would be 3 or 4 days with 1 in 4 weekends and no OOH. Along with paid memberships and discounted access to the group and retailers.
