Based near a busy town with a busy town centre our client is looking for a dedicated individual with a minimum of two years post qualification experience and someone who is either already a Clinical Coach or prepared to undertake training to become one.
Our client is offering a fantastic location to work, as well as boasting some state-of-the-art equipment and parking.
You will be joining an existing team of 3 vets (1 certificate holder), 4 RVNS and 3 brilliant student nurses at varying stages of their training. We are supported by a passionate team of client care advisors who step in to help out the back when the day is going south!
Our client’s practice will provide you with the opportunity to use your nursing skills to their full potential, admitting patients, monitoring anaesthetics, recovering, and discharging patients. Assistance from SVN’s with turning around theatre, patient prep. The practice also optimises opportunities for Schedule 3 procedures as much as they can, and the nursing team really are the drivers of the workflow and patient care.
To apply you will have good general nursing experience and great customer service skills, be cheerful, down-to-earth, and enthusiastic with a genuine interest in animal welfare.
This is a Full-Time role working 40 hours per week, preferably 4 long days (8.30am-7pm) and Saturday 1 in 4 (with time in lieu). May consider job share.
