My Independent client in Wiltshire is looking for an RVN to join their team!
£26,000.00 to £30,000.00 starting salary
- Operating from 3 independent sites
- New gold standard cat only clinic at main site
- Facilities at main clinic allow cases to be dealt with in house with little need for referral
- Supportive efficient management teams at each clinic
- 38 staff members with nursing team of 16
- Teaching practice offering good caring support
- Open culture with emphasis on CPD
JOB ROLE
- Surgical and consulting RVN
- Able to cope with most surgical cases and schedule 3
- Freedom to define your own position within the clinic ideally with a special interest.
REQUIREMENTS
- Quality of experience more important than quantity but would expect suitable candidate to have several years experience in practice.
- Further qualifications desirable but not essential.
- Experienced client care skills
- Ability to coach others in the nursing team [clinical coach option]
The details
- 4 day week 8.30am till 7pm with 1 hour lunch and coffee /tea breaks
- 1 in 5 weekend rota for any hospitalised patients
- Emergency OOH work taken by Vets Now.
- 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays
- Starting salary as above
- VDS & RCVS membership fees included
