Tame & Wild Recruitment is delighted to support our client in their search for an experienced Clinical Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their fantastic team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in a purpose-built, state-of-the-art practice, working alongside a dedicated team that provides high-quality veterinary care to small animals.
About the Role:
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced vet looking to take the next step in their career. As the Clinical Lead, you will oversee the veterinary team, ensure clinical excellence, and be responsible for veterinary standards to be met.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong clinical experience with a passion for high standards of care
✅ Supportive, team-focused approach
✅ Customer-centric attitude with excellent communication skills
✅ Certificate holder or someone working towards a certificate (support provided)
The Practice Offers:
🏥 Purpose-built, modern facilities including:
- Three consult rooms, operating theatre, prep area, separate cat & dog wards
- Digital x-ray, ultrasound, dedicated dental suite with dental x-ray
- In-house lab facilities
The Offer:
💰 Salary up to £75,000 DOE
📆 40-hour week over 4 days
📅 Saturday mornings rota (flexibility considered for the right candidate)
🎓 CPD allowance
📝 RCVS, VDS membership paid
🏖️ 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays
🚑 No out-of-hours work
