We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join and lead a dedicated team at a well-established Buckinghamshire practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Vet to take the next step in their career, guiding a team of skilled professionals while delivering exceptional clinical care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical excellence in consultations and procedures.
- Lead, mentor, and develop your veterinary team, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
- Work closely with the Practice Manager to drive commercial success.
- Inspire your team by implementing best practices and supporting professional growth.
- Ensure smooth patient handovers and collaborate with specialists for enhanced care.
