Our client has a unique opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to experience the excitement of an ECC role without sole charge or night shifts. We are seeking an exceptional vet to complete our client’s Daytime ECC team, working alongside a full team of vets and RVNs to provide seamless 24/7 service to their patients and those of other local practices. You will be fully supported by large teams of RVNs, ACAs, and Reception staff and the permanent night vets cover all night shifts. You will also be working alongside other ECC Vets and a referral team. This clinic is situated in a diverse and beautiful area of South Wales, encompassing its stunning surroundings. Whether you prefer the vibrant city center of Cardiff, the coastal towns of the Vale of Glamorgan, or the mountains of the Valleys and Brecon Beacons National Park, all are within easy commuting distance of the practices. This multi-disciplinary hospital encourages collaboration between their referral and first opinion/ECC teams and is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities including 24/7 inpatient care, CT Scanner, Advanced Ultrasonography, Endosurgery facilities, Extensive blood analysis equipment (including TEG, blood gases etc), dedicated ECC wards, dedicated orthopaedic, soft tissue and exotic theatres. Dental suite, In-House Hydrotherapy service and In-House Physiotherapy service.
This is a Permanent, Full-Time role working 38 hours a week with a great work/life balance of 4 days on, 4 days off.
This role offers a salary up to £78,000 DOE and a range of benefits including
