JR is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon who is looking for an ideal combination of work-life balance, flexibility, and a supportive, team-oriented practice. This role is perfect for a vet looking to prioritize animal care without the pressure of financial targets, all within a fun and experienced team. You will be working alongside a close-knit team of 3 experienced vets and an upcoming new graduate, along with 4 nurses, 1 student nurse, and 5 receptionists. This team values collaboration and support in a non-judgmental, inclusive environment.
Non-routine appointments are 20 minutes, and routine appointments are 15 minutes, ensuring you have adequate time for each patient. The practice is equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound, and an in-house laboratory, built to industry-leading standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for and required to
- Have strong clinical skills and experience in consultations and routine procedures.
- Good communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients and supporting your colleagues.
- Thrives in a team environment, bringing new ideas, and has the ambition to help the practice continue improving.
This is a permanent, part-time role. However, our client offers complete flexibility around your schedule. Whether you prefer full-time or part-time, specific days of the week, longer or shorter days, the team is open to making the role fit your life.
This role offers salary up to £60,000 DOE and a range of benefits
