We're looking for a passionate Vet Surgeon to take the reins, driving the practice’s clinical, financial, and people performance while leading a talented team of veterinary professionals. Salary: From £75,000 plus (negotiable DOE)
Hours: 42 hours per week
What You’ll Be Doing:
🔑 Leading clinical excellence with 80% of your time in practice
👥 Line managing and mentoring vets, nurses, and support staff
📊 Driving business performance through client acquisition and membership growth
💪 Promoting a positive, supportive, and wellbeing-focused culture
💡 Championing evidence-based medicine and overseeing clinical audits
💼 Managing budgets, financial targets, and practice KPIs
