The Role:
This corporately owned practice is currently looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their team on a fixed term, part time basis.
You would be joining a team of 6 vets, 1 head nurse, 2 RVN’s, 2 SVN’s, 6 receptionists and a practice manager. All of the team are perfectly placed to support you in achieving your career goals.
The candidate will need to be a Veterinary Surgeon who has good all-round skills. The contract is one year, part time, working around 26 hours per week and will include working 1 in 6 Saturdays on a rota basis, however there is no Sundays or OOH requirement.
To be successful in this role, you would need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as good first opinion experience. You will need to be competent in routine clinical and surgical procedures, and happy to mentor and guide junior vets in practice.
