Our client is offering a great opportunity for an experienced Small Animal Vet looking to take the next step in their career and join their team. They are looking for someone to lead and inspire a well-bonded and friendly team in a supportive environment whilst maintaining and delivering high clinical standards with access to excellent facilities and equipment. You will have the opportunity to develop specific interests with support for further certification and professional growth as well as enjoy working in a location surrounded by wonderful scenery and some of the best beaches in the country, all within a 15–20-minute drive. This is Purpose-built surgery with excellent state-of-the-art facilities and a keen and supportive team eager to develop their skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for and required to
- Lead and inspire a well-bonded and friendly team in a supportive environment.
- Maintain and deliver high clinical standards with access to excellent facilities and equipment.
- Support the local community and surrounding areas, building on an already loyal client base.
- Have a wealth of experience in general practice as a Small Animal Vet.
- A genuine passion for people and their pets.
- Ability to work well within a team and inspire others.
- Readiness to step into a leadership role and guide the practice during an exciting phase of growth.
This is a Permanent, Full-Time role and offers a salary up to £72,000 DOE and a range of benefits including
