Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly and expanding small animal practice in beautiful County Durham.
Whether you are looking for a supportive environment to further your clinical skills, or you are ready to take on a more senior role, this practice has exciting opportunities to suit you.
This purpose-built practice is preparing to move into a brand-new, purpose-built facility, with plans for a CT scanner and the latest diagnostic equipment.
You will be working alongside a supportive and skilled Team as well as experienced certificate holders in surgery, dentistry, imaging, cardiology, and minimally invasive surgery.
The successful candidate will ideally have 3+ years' experience and is confident with consults and routine surgery and comfortable with occasional sole charge. There is also an opportunity for a senior role including mentorship and a GDP advisor position for those looking to grow into leadership with a strong emphasis on case continuity, client communication, and team collaboration.
This is a permanent, full-time role working 40 hours a week with 1:4 Saturdays. However, our client can be flexible and will consider a part-time role for the right candidate so please do let us know your preferences.
