This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to take the step into leadership and expand their skills, gaining great experience!

The role is a full time position, where you will be working 40 hours a week over four days, with 1:3 half or 1:6 full weekends.
You will be responsible for working closely with the practice manager to maximise the performance of the practice, with a focus on key measures. You will also be engaging and mentoring your team, being a great role model to them and utilising their skills in the most effective way.
The key to being successful in this role is being a role model to your team. They will witness your drive and determination, as well as your ideal confidence, creating a motivating and positive work environment which will help lead the practice to further success.
