The Package:

Working 39 hours per week across 4 days with only 1:4 half weekends (worked at their sister hospital), this position is a great opportunity for you to create that perfect work life balance.
The team currently consists of one vet supported by two nurses, a student nurse, two animal nursing assistants, three patient care assistants and two client care assistants.
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging and mentoring your team, enhancing their skills, and utilising them in the most effective way. You will also be inspiring your team, sharing new or evolving practice standards and changes to processes.
