Our client has a dynamic and varied role available to join their highly advanced veterinary hospital, perfect for a vet who thrives in emergency and critical care and enjoys a flexible working pattern. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing First Opinion hospital patients and the out-of-hours emergency cases. This role does not involve routine consultations or wellness checks (MOTs). You will require a strong background in Emergency and Critical Care and a knowledge of referral work is advantageous, particularly if you've completed a rotating internship. The ability to work in a varied and fast-paced environment and the confidence in handling a wide range of cases, from routine to complex, would be beneficial.

This is a highly advanced and well-equipped Veterinary center with state-of-the-art technology and facilities including 13 consultation rooms, 7 hospital wards, 5 surgical theatres, full advanced imaging suite (CT/MRI), 3 ultrasound rooms, Endoscopy suite, Hydrotherapy pool and treadmills and dedicated chemo & radio-iodine treatment rooms.

The role offers a flexible working pattern to suit your lifestyle and options to adjust Rota hours for personal needs such as school runs, holidays, or other personal commitments. The role will involve working a 7 on 14 off Rota. When working, you’ll be covering 38 hours per week involving Mondays – Thursdays (7pm – 7.30am), Fridays (7pm – 8.30am), Saturdays (6pm – 8.30am) and Sundays (6pm – 7.30am). However, our client can be flexible to suit your needs so please do let us know your preferences.
