We are looking for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join the friendly and supportive practice in Exeter, Devon.
Hours:
This is a full-time permanent position with weekends on rota. Part-time hours considered for the right candidate.
Practice/Team:
The practice has a supportive team that consists of three Vets and an RVN team of three alongside SVNs and Patient Care Assistants. The well-established practice is well-equipped with Cardiac ultrasound, Dental x-rays, a K-laser, an aseptic theatre and prep room and endoscopes. They also have a full in-house lab for bloods, biochemistry and urine, separate dog kennels, cattery and exotic ward and lots of exotic cases, including birds, primates, reptiles, snakes.
About you:
You will have a passion for leaning new skills and working on a wide variety of cases.
Package:
Competitive salary range of £65,000 to £90,000 depending on experience
Life Assurance 3 x salary
5 weeks’ annual leave plus Bank Holidays, rising to 6 weeks with length of service
An additional ‘Day for You’, a paid day’s leave for you to use as you wish
Clinical CPD: £1,500 per year plus 3 days’ paid leave
