Our client is a corporately owned practice that is looking for a new Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.
The Role:
This corporately owned practice is looking for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join and lead their team.
This role is a 4-day week with a 1:3 Saturday morning rota. There are no OOHs required, offering a great work/life balance.
They are looking for a Full-time Vet who is looking to take the next step, and become a Lead Vet or Branch Partner in a 2 FTE practice
In this role your responsibilities will be but not limited to deliver exceptional clinical care to your patients during consultations and procedures, provide exceptional care to your clients, giving clear updates on patients, deliver professional excellence, observing the highest standards of regulatory, practice and operational compliance, prepare accurate estimates for clients, ensuring payment and minimising debt, work closely with the Practice Manager to maximise commercial performance with a focus on key measures and engage, mentor and develop your team, enhancing their skills and utilising these in the most effective way.
The Package:
- Salary Up to £75,000 Depending on Experience
