A Blue Flag winning Weymouth Beach is consistently recognised as one of the top fifteen beaches in Europe and it's easy to see why. Weymouth offers a Jurassic skyline and Victorian Nothe Fort, with stunning harbour views. The Jurassic Coast is home to some truly incredible landmarks and beaches which are right on their doorstep.
- A modern practice with a wide range of equipment including well-equipped internal laboratory, two digital x-ray machines, 2 dental suites with x-ray facilities, endoscopy, laparoscopic surgical equipment, 2 ultrasound machines and 5 operating theatres.
- No OOH responsibilities, allowing for a great work-life balance
- An exceptional opportunity to blend consultations and surgery while providing top-tier care to our clients and their beloved pets.
- Development and progression actively encouraged, including support for further training and certificates
- Opportunity to work up cases as thoroughly as possible allowing you clinical freedom and autonomy
- A full-time role working 40 hours per week, over 4 days (1.4 Saturdays) but happy to discuss part time hours and flexible working
Preferred Requirements & Qualifications:
- Relevant veterinary qualifications and registration to practice in the UK
- Confidence in consults and routine ops.
- Comfortable with sole charge, working collaboratively with a small team, and providing exceptional veterinary care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
