Our client is an independently owned group that is looking for a new Veterinary Surgeon to join their Bournemouth practice.
The Role:
This position is a Full-Time Position, with a shared Weekend rota and No OOHs. The practice is open to part time hours.
You will be joining the Clinical Director, as well as the other Veterinary Surgeons and Nursing team. The practice also has a Visiting Orthopaedic Surgeon and Imaging Consultant that support the team.
Your responsibilities will be to deliver exceptional clinical care to your patients during consultations and procedures, provide exceptional care to your clients, giving clear updates on patients, deliver professional excellence, observing the highest standards of regulatory, practice and operational compliance, prepare tailored, accurate treatment and care plans for each patient with clear cost estimates and engage, mentor and develop your team, enhancing their skills and utilising these in the most effective way.
The practice has all the facilities you would expect of a modern practice including digital radiography, ultrasonography, an Idexx in-house integrated laboratory and dedicated surgical facilities.
The Package:
- Salary between £50,000 - £80,000 Depending on Experience
- Up to six weeks leave in addition to the above
