Our client is a Corporately owned practice that is looking for a new Veterinary Surgeon to join their Dorchester practice.
The Role:
This corporately owned practice is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.
This practice are able to offer flexible hours to include 1 in 3 Weekends, however there is a degree of flexibility with the schedule for the right candidate. Out of Hours is not included in this role ensuring an excellent work/life balance.
You will be joining the practice owner, who has a keen interest in exotics and is currently completing a Certificate in Advance Veterinary Practice in Zoological Medicine, as well as another part time Vet. as well as a strong team of RVNs, Practice manager and & Support staff.
The ideal candidate would have great communication skills and will be confident with routine neutering, procedures and emergency and critical care. Confidence with periods of sole charge is ideal, though this would not be a regular part of the rota.
The surgery is purpose built to industry standards and has state of the art equipment, including operating theatre, 2 dedicated consult rooms, a nurse consult room/x-ray room, as well as all the kit you’d expect from a solid GP practice including digital x-ray, ultrasound, in-house lab equipment, full multi-parameter monitoring equipment and other essentials - They're also happy to discuss investing in additional equipment in the future, depending on your areas of interest.
The Package:
- Salary Up to £70,000 Depending on Experience
