We have an opportunity for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join the team at a small animal, primary care practice in Essex.
ASAP Start
40 hours per week over 5 days, with 1:3 Saturdays 8:30-12:30pm with TOIL
No OOH Work
We're looking for someone with excellent clinical, communication, teamwork, and mentoring skills, and a passion for quality improvement. This role is open to individuals who are eager to develop their leadership skills, with strong problem-solving abilities and some experience in leading a practice team.
Salary up to £75,000 dependent on experience
5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays and Birthday Leave
