We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Veterinary Surgeon to join our team in Braintree, Essex. This role is ideal for candidates seeking full-time, part-time, or job-share arrangements.
The Role:
- Full-Time: Typically 4 days per week.
- Flexible Working: Open to discussing part-time hours, job shares, or other working patterns to suit your needs.
- Weekend Rota: 1 in 4, which includes sole charge responsibility.
- Custom Arrangements: Were open to exploring alternative schedules, such as the 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off model previously used by one of our vets.
What We Offer:
- Salary: Up to £65,000 (pro rata), negotiable based on experience.
