Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate and capable Veterinary Surgeon to join their close-knit team as a senior member in the heart of the Cotswolds.

Located in a charming market town, the main site is well-equipped with Digital X-ray, Ultrasound, Multiparameter anaesthetic monitoring, Compressed air dental tools and In-house lab equipment plus more, all to ensure top-tier care for the loyal and valued clients. Surrounded by beautiful countryside walks, pubs, and cafes, with easy access to Oxford, Swindon, Bristol, and London this location offers the perfect mix of rural charm and city connections.
The successful candidate will be working alongside a supportive team including 2 FTE Vets, 3 experienced RVNs, 2 SVNs, the Practice Manager (who’s also an RVN) and a brilliant admin team that keeps everything running smoothly. This team genuinely value each member, celebrate clinical passions, and make time for team socials – whether it’s pub quizzes, countryside walks or water sports at the nearby Cotswold Water Park.
This is a permanent, full-time role working 40 hours a week Monday – Friday 8.30am – 6.30pm. However, our client can be flexible and will consider a part-time role for the right candidate so please do let us know your preferences.
This role offers a salary up to £70,000 DOE and a range of benefits including
