Weâre working with a well-established and forward-thinking small animal practice thatâs seeking a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their experienced team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Vet to take the next step in their career and lead clinical standards within a supportive and collaborative environment.
đ The Opportunity:
Our clientâs practice is equipped with modern diagnostic tools including dental x-ray, endoscopy, tonometry, and features multiple consult rooms and a large theatre space. With a loyal client base and a skilled team in place, the Lead Vet will have the opportunity to shape clinical direction, deliver outstanding patient care, and influence the overall practice culture.
This is a full-time role, working 4 days per week with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings only. There are no out-of-hours responsibilities, ensuring you can enjoy true work-life balance.
Youâll be supported by an experienced Practice Manager and a friendly clinical team, where collaborative working and clinical freedom are highly encouraged.
đ What Weâre Looking For:
- RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Proven experience in delivering high standards of patient and client care
- Confident in leading clinical decision-making and mentoring other vets
- A team player with strong communication and leadership skills
- Familiar with regulatory and operational standards within practice
- Comfortable with or interested in supporting certificate progression
