Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the veterinary team in the delivery of high-quality clinical care.
- Perform surgeries and consultations, diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions.
- Build strong relationships with clients and offer guidance on treatment options.
- Mentor and support junior colleagues, providing leadership and advice where needed.
- Ensure practice procedures are followed to maintain the highest standards of patient care.
About You:
- RCVS Registered Veterinary Surgeon with substantial experience in clinical practice.
- Passionate about providing gold-standard care and developing strong client relationships.
- Leadership skills and the ability to guide a team of vets and support staff.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Enthusiastic about continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest veterinary practices.
