An outstanding opportunity for an experienced Senior Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established and respected practice in SW London, Greater London. This role offers the chance to work in a supportive environment, with a focus on both clinical excellence and personal career development.
Location: SW London, Greater London
Working Hours: 40 hours per week over 4 days, with 1:3 Saturdays
Salary: Up to £65,000, DOE

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality veterinary care to a diverse range of pets, including consultations, diagnostics, and surgery.
- Work collaboratively with a dynamic and passionate team of vets, nurses, and support staff.
- Take an active role in mentoring and supporting junior team members.
- Assist in developing and implementing clinical protocols to ensure consistent, excellent care.
- Manage your own caseload with the opportunity to see a variety of interesting and challenging cases.
- Ensure excellent communication with clients, providing them with clear advice and information.
Key Requirements:
- RCVS registered with significant post-graduate experience.
- Strong surgical and medical skills, with a particular interest in working up cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to lead by example and provide support to junior vets and nurses.
- A desire to further your professional development, with full support for CPD and certificate pursuit.
