Our client has an exciting leadership role for an experienced veterinary surgeon who is ready to take on more responsibility in guiding a team and shaping the future of the practice. You will have the opportunity to inspire and lead the existing team, working closely with the Practice Manager and the regional team to steer the practice’s growth and development. The support from the regional team will help you to ease into this leadership role, with guidance in areas such as practice management and operational decision-making.
You will be working alongside a supportive nursing team, further enhancing the work environment and making it an enjoyable and efficient space to practice veterinary medicine. Sole charge work will be part of the role, so you should be confident in handling routine medical and surgical cases independently.
Located in the Wigan area, the practice is purpose-built, designed to meet the highest clinical standards, and is RCVS accredited. They are also working towards RWAF accreditation and hold an ISFM silver cat-friendly award and is equipped with modern facilities and already has a loyal client base, providing you with opportunities to make a tangible impact on the business.
This is a permanent, full-time role with a fair shared weekend Rota. However, our client is happy to also consider a part-time role or flexible hours to suit your needs, so please do let u know your preferences.
