The Role:
They are looking for a Senior Veterinary Surgeon to join their practice on a full time basis, to lead and manage this first opinion practice, working together with the senior management team using a collaborative approach to support and develop the site.
The role is full time, working 40 hours a week across 4 days. There would be a mixture of clinical and non clinical work, you would need to be available for advice and urgent decision making requests, and be able to deal with complaints and feedback.
The ideal candidate for this position will be passionate and enthusiastic, conscientious and dedicated. You will also need to have significant experience in small animal practice, along with proven leadership skills. Having a passion for supporting others and engaging in constructive communication is also important.
