Our client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced vet who is passionate about high-quality care and has an interest in progressive medical practices. While a certificate is not a strict requirement, having one or working towards one in Medicine or ECC would be highly valued for this role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for and required to
- Provide high-level clinical care during consultations and procedures, ensuring the wellbeing of patients and clear communication with pet owners.
- Deliver exceptional client service with thorough updates on patient health, and provide clear, accurate treatment plans, including cost estimates.
- Lead the team by mentoring and developing colleagues, encouraging clinical best practices.
- Work closely with the OOH team to ensure smooth transitions of care and handle patient transfers effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a permanent, full-time role working 4 days a week with the option of either 1:3 Saturdays or 1:6 full weekends.
This role offers a salary up to £66,000 DOE and a range of benefits including
