This corporately owned practice are currently looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their large team in Leominster.

The Role:
You will have the opportunity to work alongside many other experienced vets, 9 nurses and 8 reception/admin staff.
This position is being advertised as a Full Time position, with the rota being 4 day weeks, and 1 in 6 Saturdays with no on call or bank holiday commitments, giving you the perfect work life balance. (They can also offer flexibility with this role and are open to candidates with part time requirements).
The practice is RCVS accredited (Small Animal General Practice).
In this role, you would be responsible for delivering exceptional care to your patients during consultations and procedures, prepare tailed, accurate treatment and care plans for each patients, complete clinical handover and arrange transfer for any patient needing OOH care, and proactively support and share clinical best practice within and across practices and the wider Medivet community.
The ideal candidate will be an RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon, will have experience in delivering exceptional care to both patients and clients, able to demonstrate clinical leadership skills, able to implement a progressive clinical culture, and experience in supporting team and schedule 3 procedures with an understanding of how this contributes to clinic performance.
