This corporately owned practice is looking for a new Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.
The Role:
The role is full time working 39 hours per week over 4 days plus a 1:6 full weekend to cover maternity.
The ideal candidate would be a Veterinary Surgeon who has good general practice knowledge and is confident with working up medical cases to a high standard as well as performing routine surgeries.
You will work in a supportive environment with a great team of nurses with lots of opportunity to improve your skills and confidence. The role will involve consulting, routine surgery as well as taking part in the weekend, bank holiday and on-call rota.
The practice is well-equipped with two consult rooms, separate dog and cat wards, two theatres; one orthopaedic and the other soft tissue, separate suites for diagnostics; digital x-ray, ultrasound and CT, dental facilities, fully equipped endoscopy including rhinoscopy, bronchoscopy, gastroscopy and laparoscopy, in-house laboratory including the basics as well as coagulation profiles and iSTAT, dedicated isolation ward and staff rest facilities.
