Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certificate Holder Veterinary Surgeon to join their dynamic team in Kent, a practice priding itself on providing an exceptional level of care to our patients while ensuring a healthy work-life balance for their staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality veterinary care to all patients.
- Perform routine surgeries as well as complex procedures with access to advanced equipment, including onsite CT scanner, laparoscopy, ultrasound, and endoscopy.
- Participate in a rota that promotes a balanced workweek, typically 40 hours spread across 4 days with one regular day off per week.
- Engage in continuous professional development (CPD) with access to learning resources and funding for further qualifications.
- Contribute to the practice's preventative care initiatives and quality improvement strategies.
- Provide compassionate client communication and build strong relationships with pet owners.

The Team:
- Join a skilled group of 9 Veterinary Surgeons and 12 Registered Veterinary Nurses, backed by specialists in surgery, cardiology, ophthalmology, and orthopaedics, all supported by a dedicated Practice Manager and over 10 support staff
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A qualified and RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon holding a certificate in either of two specialised areas (Orthopaedics or Soft Tissue Surgery)
- Passion for veterinary medicine and commitment to animal welfare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to team success.
- Committed to continuous learning and professional development.
