Our client is a corporately owned practice that is looking for a new Clinical Director to join and lead their team.
The Role:
The role is full time working 40 hours per week with no OOH requirement & weekends on a rota basis.
Ideally, you will also have some knowledge of large animal practices on a small-holding scale, but this is not essential, but you will need to be competent working clinically in a Small Animal rota.
The ideal candidate would be a progressive thinker with strong leadership skills, who can lead and guide a team with positivity and enthusiasm. The candidate would also need to be able to support the Regional Director in providing creation of robust budgets and consistent delivery of budgets whilst having good leadership and communication skills generating high engagement within the practice, delivering all key messages across to the practice and contributing the development of the group.
