Our client is looking for a Vet to join them in an exciting new role in Leicestershire.
This role is ideal for a Vet who is ready to take the next step into a lead role, or who are already in a similar position and are wanting a new challenge and to gain more experience.
You must be confident with all routine surgical and medical cases, an interest in orthopaedics would be advantageous but is not essential.
The branch has a high exotics caseload so ideally you will have a strong exotic experience. You should be keen to take on a supportive role and demonstrate key skills including building strong relationships with clients, patients, and the wider team.
You will be managing a team of 5 Vets, supporting them clinically and managing the team in the daily running of the practice. There is also a wonderful team of 5 Nurses, two student nurses and 2 Animal Care Assistants.
It is a full time role, working 40 hours per week with weekends on a rota basis.
The practice is modern and spacious with state of the art equipment including digital X-ray, in-house laboratory, and ultrasound and multi parameter.
