A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join a thriving small animal and exotics practice. Whether you’re an experienced vet seeking a leadership role or already in a senior position looking for a fresh challenge, this role offers career growth and the chance to work with a high exotics caseload.
As Head Vet, you will:
- Lead & support a team of 5 vets, providing clinical guidance and overseeing daily operations
- Be confident in routine surgical & medical cases – an interest in orthopaedics is a bonus but not essential
- Have strong exotics experience or a keen interest in working with exotic pets
- Build excellent relationships with clients, patients & the wider team
- Bring people management skills (preferred but not essential)
