We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to support the growth of our client’s newly refurbished 24-hour practice. This practice is in the final stages of a comprehensive refurbishment, equipping the practice with the latest technology to provide top-tier veterinary care. Located in the heart of a beautiful village just a few miles outside of Leicester city centre and a short distance from East Midlands airport, this practice is committed to providing exceptional patient and client care. Facilities include Digital and dental x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, tonometer, orthopaedic equipment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for and required to
- Deliver exceptional clinical care to patients during consultations and procedures.
- Provide clear updates and exceptional care to clients.
- Prepare accurate treatment and care plans for each patient with clear cost estimates.
- Engage, mentor, and develop your team, enhancing their skills and utilizing these effectively.
- Complete clinical handovers and arrange the transfer of patients needing out-of-hours or enhanced care.
- Ability to demonstrate clinical leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a Permanent, Full-Time role working 4 days a week with 1:6 weekends.
