We’re seeking an enthusiastic and team-oriented Clinical Director / Veterinary Surgeon to join our clients growing practice. This is an exciting role that combines clinical work with a strategic leadership position, where you’ll mentor and develop the team while making a direct impact on our high standards of patient care.
** Salary up to £95,000 DOE
** Relocation Allowance up to £5,000
** Welcome Bonus up to £5,000
About the Role:
As Clinical Director, your role will balance hands-on clinical responsibilities—including consults, surgical procedures, dentistry, and inpatient care—with the opportunity to shape and elevate the team’s skills. Your focus will be on clinical excellence, while an experienced management team handles day-to-day operational duties, allowing you to concentrate on your practice and your patients.
Schedule and Compensation:
- Flexible 4-day work week (average 40 hours, with flexibility for the right candidate)
- No out-of-hours (Vets Now provides on-site OOH care)
- 1 in 4 Saturdays (8:30 am - 12:00 pm)
- No Sunday or bank holiday shifts, promoting work-life balance
- Competitive salary of up to £95,000 DOE
- Relocation allowance up to £5,000
