Our client is recruiting for a Head Vet to join their team as a key member of their surgery’s management team.
Candidates must have a high level of clinical expertise and be passionate about delivering outstanding care. Ideally you will have experience in a leadership role and be able to deliver a strategic vision, coaching and inspiring the team to consistently deliver gold standard, evidence-based care.
The role is 4 days per week working 1 in 4 weekends. Although there is no out of hours, the Head Vet needs to be on call if they have any overnight inpatients.
The practice is built for purpose and modern. It has excellent facilities and a dedicated night and day team.
The team have a broad range of specialities and many are working towards certificates to enhance their clinical skills and the services they're able to provide.
