Growing independent farm and equine practice in Lincolnshire are seeking a confident mixed animal vet to join the team. The split is approximately 60:40 of Equine: Farm, with most farm clients being beef, sheep or smallholder. Full time hours are 9am-5.30pm, 4 days a week with one on-call night a week and one on-call weekend a month. Working hours can be flexible if needed as the day is scheduled specifically per vet with TOIL for any (rare) late finishes. The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years’ experience and be competent sole charge for most first opinion farm and equine emergencies, candidates with less experience will be considered. There is a fantastic client base with interesting caseload and excellent equipment for working up cases to a high standard - there is room to develop own areas of interest within the practice. Well located, with beach and countryside nearby as well as the city of Lincoln.
