Our client has an excellent career opportunity for a veterinary professional seeking to take on more responsibilities and lead a clinical team. This is a well-equipped practice with an established, supportive team and a loyal client base. Situated in a market town near the Norfolk coast, this location offers good transport links to Norfolk, the Midlands, and Cambridgeshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for and required to
- Provide exceptional clinical care through consultations and procedures, ensuring a high standard of animal welfare.
- Lead and mentor the practice team, guiding their development and optimizing their skills to enhance practice efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
This is a permanent, full-time role working 40 hours a week over four days. There are no weekend shifts. Our client will also consider Part-Time roles and/or a flexible schedule for the right candidates so please do let us know your preferences.
This role offers salary up to £72,000 DOE and a range of benefits including
