This corporately owned practice is searching for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon!
The Package:

The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Vet to take the next step in their career!
The role is full time, where you will be working 39 hours over four days a week. The weekend rota is currently 1:3 half weekends or 1:6 full weekends.
The practice is a well-equipped, small-town practice with an established support team and loyal client base. Some of the equipment they have include ECG, X-ray, endoscopy, and ultrasound.
You will be responsible for working closely with the practice manager to maximise commercial performance with a focus on key measures. You will need to mentor and engage your team, enhancing their skills and utilising them in the most beneficial way.
