Are you a passionate and experienced vet looking to take the next step in your career? We are on the lookout for a Head Vet to lead our client’s dedicated team in Liverpool!
This is a fantastic opportunity to drive clinical excellence, mentor a talented team, and shape the future of veterinary care in a purpose-built, state-of-the-art surgery.
As Head Vet, you will be a key member of the surgery’s leadership team, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and guiding the clinical team to success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and inspiring the veterinary team to deliver exceptional, evidence-based care.
- Driving continuous improvement in clinical standards and services.
- Supporting and mentoring colleagues, helping them upskill and achieve their career goals.
- Playing an integral role in shaping the strategic direction of our practice.
The successful candidate will ideally be an experienced and driven vet who:
- Has a high level of clinical expertise and a passion for outstanding patient care.
- Is a natural leader with the ability to coach, inspire, and mentor a team.
- Thrives in a strategic role, helping to shape and implement a vision for clinical excellence.
- Is committed to delivering gold-standard, evidence-based veterinary care.
This is a permanent, full-time role working 4 days a week with 1:4 weekends.
This role offers a salary up to £70,000 DOE as well as a range of benefits including
