Our client is a corporately owned practice looking for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.
The Role:
This rota for this role is a 4-day week with 1 in 3 half or 1 in 6 full weekends. There are no OOHs requirements.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful practice with a great team. As Lead Vet, you will have autonomy to influence the clinical direction of your practice.
Your role will consist of providing a high standard of clinical care to your clients and patients, ensuring compliance and encouraging a progressive clinical culture across the team, demonstrating a strong customer focus, managing the consistent delivery of exceptional care across the client journey and supporting your team and help develop skills where required
This practice is well equipped with 2.5 consult rooms including a dedicated nursing consult and theatre. Equipped with digital and dental x-ray, ultrasound, multi-parameter and Bair Hugger.
