Our client is a corporately owned practice looking for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.
The Role:
This rota for this role will be working 4 days a week with a 1:6 weekend rota.
The team currently consists of 3 Vets, 2 RVNs and a support team.
As Lead Vet, you will provide high standards of clinical care to your clients and patients and direction and leadership to colleagues in practice, to ensure delivery against agreed performance measures, as well as be responsible for the financial and operational performance of your practice and overall team performance and ensure the delivery of exceptional clinical quality and care standards in your practice always encouraging a progressive clinical culture.
You must have a client-oriented approach and excellent communication skills, work to a very high standard both medically and surgically and have the drive and ambition to help develop this practice further.
The practice is well equipped with a dedicated kitchen and office space, two consultation rooms, a spacious reception area, separate kennels for dogs and cats, a state-of-the-art theatre equipped with monitoring tools, a dental x-ray machine, and a brand-new ultrasound machine.
