Are you a seasoned vet who’s interested in owning a practice but does not know how to do so or perhaps you want more support? If so, this may be the perfect role for you!
This nationwide programme, which is run by my client, enables vets to run their own clinics while maintaining clinical freedom and the backing of a large organisation with central teams and connections to help when needed.
In addition to your regular clinical responsibilities, you will be responsible for leading the team and achieving a high standard of care and clinical excellence. You will be well-versed in the principles of leadership, possess a distinct team vision, and recognise the importance of cultivating a positive team culture.
The role is full-time, working 39 hours a week over 4 days, offering progression whilst still having the work-life balance. The weekend rota is 1 in 3 Saturdays or 1 in 6 full weekends.
The salary being offered is up to £80k, plus the potential to earn more with bonuses or well above if you choose to partner, some of the benefits included are:
