We are looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our supportive and friendly team of nine experienced Vets, including two certificate holders (ophthalmology & surgery). We are proud to be an RCVS accredited nursing training practice, with an experienced nurse team. We strive to provide outstanding care to every pet we see and promote a caring environment – we care about the future of our industry.

The role:
- Full-time, permanent position, (Part-time considered)
- 4-day week 8 am to 6.30pm.
- Rota to work currently 1:4 Saturday mornings (8:30AM – 12Noon)
About you:
We are keen to recruit an enthusiastic team member who has a sound grounding in first opinion practice and is happy to share their knowledge with the team. You will be able to provide valuable continuity of care to your patients and be eager to build rapport with a regular client base at our busy Formby or Birkdale practice. You will be confident and collaborative, sometimes working in tandem with another vet, sometimes sole charge. Being an OV would be advantageous but not essential.

- Salary of £45,000 to £55,000 dependent on experience
