💰 Up to £65,000 per annum

As Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you will:
🐾 Deliver outstanding clinical care in consultations and surgical procedures
🐾 Provide excellent client communication and ensure the highest level of service
🐾 Support and mentor your team, enhancing their clinical and professional skills
🐾 Drive practice growth, working closely with the Practice Manager to optimise performance
🐾 Maintain high standards of compliance, ensuring best practices across all areas
🐾 Share knowledge and best practices across the wider veterinary community
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week over 4 days), including a fair share of weekends.

🔹 RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with strong clinical skills
🔹 Confident in leadership and eager to take ownership of a growing practice
🔹 Passionate about patient care and delivering first-class client service
🔹 Ability to drive a progressive clinical culture and inspire a team
🔹 Strong commercial awareness, with experience in optimising practice performance
