The Role:

This corporately owned practice are on the look out for their next Lead Veterinary Surgeon! It is a fantastic opportunity to allow an ambitious and motivated vet to establish relationships and develop client base. 
The current weekend rota is 1:3 or 1:6.


You will be responsible for leading your team, engaging and mentoring them to enhance their skills and utilise them in the most effective way. You will need to inspire them, sharing new or evolving practice standards and changes to processes. You will also be responsible for completing clinical handovers and arranging transfer of any patients needing OOH cor enhanced care. Also, you will need to work closely with the practice manager to maximise commercial performance with focus on key measures.

The ideal candidate will be RCVS registered, and will be able to confidently demonstrate clinical leadership skills. You will also have an understanding and appreciation of exceptional care and how this improves the client experience.
